1. Event Tickets
All ticket sales made through So South are final unless an event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled by us or our event partners.
If an event is cancelled, you will be offered one of the following options:

A full refund to your original payment method, or
-
A ticket transfer or credit to another So South event.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind or personal schedule conflicts.

Failure to attend the event.

Late arrivals, weather interruptions, or venue access issues beyond our control.
2. Merchandise Orders
We want you to be happy with your So South gear!
Refunds or exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.
To qualify:

You must notify us at info@sosouth.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll either:

Replace the item,

Offer a store credit, or
-
Issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:

We do not refund shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the fault is ours.

Custom, limited-edition, or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.
3. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once approved.
All refunds are made through the same iKhokha payment method used for purchase.
Please allow time for your bank to reflect the reversal.
4. Event Cancellations or Changes
In rare cases, So South events may be affected by factors beyond our control — such as weather, safety concerns, or venue restrictions.
We will always do our best to:

Notify ticket holders via email and our official social media channels.

Provide clear next steps regarding refunds, rescheduling, or ticket transfers.
